Stephanie C. Zwicker Slavens, B.E.S. (Hons.), LL.B.

Stephanie attended the University of Western Ontario Law School and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002. She received the 2000 Carswell Book Prize awarded to the student achieving the highest standing in Commercial Law and the 1998 Morris Kroll Memorial Award.

Stephanie articled with Toronto litigation firm practicing in the area of motor vehicle accident litigation. She commenced employment with Flaherty Dow Elliott & McCarthy in January 2002.

She enjoys a focus on defence insurance litigation and has appeared as counsel in the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice and Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
