Sean A. Brown, B.A., LL.B.

Sean Brown is a Partner with Flaherty Dow Elliott & McCarthy LLP. 

He obtained his LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997.  He was called to the Bar in the Province of Ontario in 1999.

He joined the firm in 1999 and has practiced exclusively in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on the defence of motor vehicle accident claims and related disputes.

Sean has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.  He has also appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and in various private arbitrations pursuant to the Arbitrations Act.

Sean has also been developing his practice to include Class Actions with a focus on consumer protection issues.
