John K. Russell, B.A. (Hons.), LL.B.

Mr. Russell joined Flaherty Dow Elliott & McCarthy in 2004.

John attended the University of Toronto before obtaining his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1990. John has been aggressively defending his clients' interests since his call to the bar of Ontario in 1992.

He has a built an impressive reputation for winning jury trials throughout the province. John's trial reputation allows him to settle cases effectively and cost efficiently at mediation and arbitration.

John is a member of the Defence Lawyers Institute, the Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
