Rogers pre-bills it’s customers on a monthly basis. Glenn and Loretta Wilkins are represented by Todd J. McCarthy and Sean A. Brown. “If the allegations are proven, Rogers Inc. will be held accountable by its customers,” says Mr. McCarthy. “We intend to use all the effort and resources available to ensure this happens.” The lawsuit is commenced on behalf of all persons who were subscribers to Rogers On Demand digital cable services on or after June 1st to September 30th, 2006.
